  • one on one training with a certified trainer. Perfect for someone that wants to move at their own pace with the undivided attention of the trainer.

    • 1 Session: $55

2 : 1 private training

  • one trainer with two clients per session. This option is perfect for spouses, family members, or friends wanting to train together.

small group training course

  • Unleash your potential in our dynamic small group training course! Enjoy the personalized attention of a trainer, while benefiting from the motivation of your group. The objective of each course will be dependent on clients’ individual fitness goals, as well as the goals set for the group. Every week, your trainer will set new challenges designed to get you closer to those goals!

    Don’t have a group? We can place you in one as available! Group sizes are limited to 3-4 people.

  • 2x / week for 6 weeks; can choose between 40 and 60-minute sessions

  • $300 per person (breaks down to $25 a class)
