This 60 minute kickboxing class is taught by an expert instructor experienced in Jui-Jitsu, Karate, and Tae Kwon Do. Build cardiovascular endurance and strength while working towards your personal fitness goals.

Assault bikes, water bags, skiers, and boxes will be utilized to help you reach your goals. All fitness levels can find something for them in this class, with modifications available for beginners.

Barre classes utilize small movements, light weights/resistance, and high repetitions to tone and strengthen the entire body. Classes work with resistance bands and loops, 1 lb-3 lb dumbbells, sliders, yoga blocks, Pilates balls, ankle weights, and more to provide a challenge easily tailored to every individual.
This class is offered in a room heated up to 100 degrees.
Barre can be taken barefoot or with socks. Bring a towel, water bottle, and yoga mat (if you have one.)

This class is designed to get you out of your head and into your body! We focus on deep core conditioning, power yoga poses, and deep stretch. Allow your mind to release as we move to the beat of the music while finding connection to the mind, body, and soul. This class is taken barefoot in an 80-85 degree heated room, led by a certified instructor. You'll want to bring a towel, water bottle, and yoga mat - 60 minutes.

These 45 to 60 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes will utilize various equipment to improve cardiovascular endurance, overall strength, and promote calorie burn. Circuits may include treadmills, rowers, aerobic steps, dumbbells, terra cores, kettlebells, jump ropes, and more to jump start your fitness program.

This is a 60-minute circuit strengthening class that will give you the full-body definition and tone you’re looking for. The format and equipment used may change from class to class, and the targeted muscle groups will vary, but you’ll always have fun and feel great about yourself after attending the class! All ages and fitness abilities will be accommodated.

This is a low-impact combo class. We start with 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) followed by a 15 minutes stretchy-yoga flow. This class is designed to burn calories, sculpt muscles, and leave you feeling amazing - all in 45 minutes!

This 45-minute strength-focused class will emphasize good form and technique while pushing you toward achieving your goals. One class each week will emphasize upper extremity/arm strengthening, and one class will emphasize lower body strength. Attend both classes to build muscle in your entire body! All fitness levels welcome!

If you can’t decide if you want more cardio or strengthening in your workouts, this class is for you. Alternating treadmill, rower, and strength circuits will give you a full-body workout that can be modified for any fitness level.

These 45 and 60 minute classes offer cardio-lovers the opportunity to jam out to motivating music in a fun and energetic environment. Your instructor will lead you through rhythmic circuits, sprints, climbs, and even arm/shoulder work to leave you feeling accomplished and sweaty! Some classes may include 45 minutes of riding followed by 15 minutes of core and arm strengthening.

If you love to mix up your workouts, this class is for you! You get the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of cardio on the bike, followed by 30 minutes of strength-training circuits with free weights. You'll want to bring a water bottle to this 60 minute butt-kicking class.
