Classes work with resistance bands and loops, 1 lb-3 lb dumbbells, sliders, yoga blocks, Pilates balls, ankle weights, and more to provide a challenge easily tailored to every individual.
This class is offered in a room heated up to 100 degrees.

This class is taken barefoot in a 90 degree heated room, led by a certified instructor. You'll want to bring a towel, water bottle, and yoga mat - 60 minutes.

This is a 60-minute circuit strengthening class that will give you the full-body definition and tone you’re looking for. The format and equipment used may change from class to class, and the targeted muscle groups will vary, but you’ll always have fun and feel great about yourself after attending the class! All ages and fitness abilities will be accommodated.

This is a low-impact combo class. We start with 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) followed by a 15 minutes stretchy-yoga flow. This class is designed to burn calories, sculpt muscles, and leave you feeling amazing - all in 45 minutes!

This 55-minute strength class utilizes a circuit training approach for a comprehensive full-body workout. There will be three, 15-minute long stations, each designed to target a specific muscle group. It’s strength training, OPTIMIZED! All fitness levels are welcome!

Your instructor will lead you through rhythmic circuits, sprints, climbs, and even arm/shoulder work to leave you feeling accomplished and sweaty! Some classes may include 45 minutes of riding followed by 15 minutes of core and arm strengthening.

This one is for all the cardio lovers!
40 minutes of outdoor running intervals. May include, but not limited to, sprints, jogging, uphill and downhill slopes, and more! Each session will start inside the studio with a warm up and end with a structured cooldown to ensure proper recovery. The route will be determined based on the instructor’s preference. Please bring good running shoes!
